Chris' practice focuses on advising clients on a wide range of federal tax matters, with a particular emphasis on representing real estate developers, private equity firms and their portfolio companies and domestic and international companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, investments, divestitures, joint ventures and partnerships, restructurings and financings.
