Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised DevCo Partners (DevCo) on its acquisition of Dieseko Group.

The acquisition of Dieseko forms part of DevCo's intended formation of a leading global piling and foundation equipment platform, bringing together Dieseko, Movax and Watson & Hillhouse, and combining complementary strengths, engineering expertise and global reach across the three businesses.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, Dieseko develops, manufactures, rents and services specialised equipment for foundation projects worldwide. Its acquisition gives DevCo a strong platform based on Dieseko's engineering expertise, specialised equipment and trusted customer relationships, and together with Movax and Watson & Hillhouse creates a global business with strong local presence and an extensive international dealer network.

DevCo is a long-term active owner dedicated to building world-leading companies in selected niche markets, providing its companies with operational resources, strategic support and significant financial backing.

The White & Case team advising on the transaction was led by partner Sten Olsson (Helsinki), and included partners Marika Harjula (Brussels), Trevor Currie (Chicago), Marek Sawicki (Warsaw) and Stephen Carlton (Melbourne), counsel Chris Ohlgart (Chicago), Klaudia Malczewska (Warsaw), Sidney Tang (Chicago) and Mark Burrows (Melbourne), and associates Samuel Salmivirta and Henna Jaakkola (both Helsinki), Anthony Vitucci, Abigail Clemons and Antonia Serrano (all Chicago), Elizabeth Fakhoury (Washington, DC), Lisa Meyer (Melbourne) and Edward Lee (Sydney).
