Overview
Chris advises on the development of major infrastructure and energy projects, with particular focus in the rail and renewables sectors.
Over recent years Chris has primarily acted for independent power producers, sponsors and financiers in relation to the development of wind, solar and battery projects in Asia and Australia and the Victorian Government on major rail infrastructure projects.

Advising Perdaman on the development of the AUD6.2 billon Burrup Urea Plant.
Advising the Victorian Government on the Suburban Rail Loop Project.
Advising the Victorian Government in relation to the AUD11 billion Metro Tunnel Project in Victoria, Australia.
Advising an equity investor in relation to the development of the Sydney Light Rail project.
Renewables
Advising a project company in relation to the development and restructuring of the delivery of the Lincoln Gap Wind Farm.
Acting for Cubico Sustainable Investments on the acquisition of Wambo Wind Farm.
Acting for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition of interests in various Japanese wind projects.
Advising AMP Energy in relation to the acquisition and development of the Molong Solar Farm.
Acting for AMP Energy on various proposed acquisitions of solar farms.
Acting for RWE on the potential acquisition of an Australian Wind Farm.
Acting for AMP Energy in relation to the development of the Hillston Solar Farm.
Advising Tilt Renewables in relation to various power purchase agreements for the Dundonnell Wind Farm in Victoria, Australia.
