Biography
Overview
Clément Bellaclas is an associate in the Real Estate team of our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice at White & Case.
He focuses on real estate law and mergers & acquisitions, with experience in the acquisition, disposal, and development of real estate assets, such as hotels, office buildings, data centers, logistics facilities, and renewable energy infrastructure. His practice also encompasses real estate asset management, construction contracts, and lease agreements (notably commercial, civil and long-term) and urban planning.
Clément advises both French groups and foreign investors.
Prior to joining the Firm in July 2022, he completed internships at several leading law firms and major companies in Paris.
