Constantin is an associate in the Private Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in the Firm's Frankfurt office and specializes in private equity transactions as well as national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
He advises in the areas of national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining White & Case as an associate 2026, Constantin gained practical experience by working as a research assistant and trainee lawyer for renowned international law firms in Frankfurt in the fields of M&A / Private Equity and Corporate Law.
