Biography

Cristina Savoca is an associate in the Global Private Equity and Investment Funds Practices in Luxembourg.

She specialises in the field of alternative investment funds, advising investment managers and sponsors on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operations of private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds under the form of regulated or non-regulated vehicles.

Cristina advises a number of investment fund promoters including private equity firms in relation to the set-up, structuring and administration of Luxembourg investment funds.

Prior to joining White & Case, Cristina practiced in the Investment Funds department of an international law firm based in Luxembourg.
