He advises corporates and financial institutions on equity and debt capital markets transactions. Daniel Sander focusses particularly on issuance programs for bonds, certificates and other structured products as well as stand alone issuances. He further concentrates on advising clients in connection with issues of registered bonds and Schuldscheindarlehen.
Before joining White & Case, Daniel Sander worked in the capital markets department of a leading international law firm in Frankfurt for two years and gained further in-depth expertise during a secondment to a leading international bank in London.
