Daniela Huerta Garcia is an associate in the Global Antitrust/Competition Practice of White & Case.
Daniela has experience with government merger investigations, counseling on antitrust issues, and advising on filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act. She has experience with international merger notification requirements and in helping coordinate approval efforts in multiple international jurisdictions. Daniela is committed to her active pro bono practice, including counseling clients regarding asylum matters, assisting veterans seeking disability benefits from the US Veterans Administration, and advocating for the release of a Guantanamo detainee.
During law school, Daniela was the Editor-in-Chief of Berkeley Law's La Raza Law Journal and was an extern for Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald of the Supreme Court of Hawaii.
