Danny Hatch is an associate in White & Case's Project Development & Finance practice, and is resident in the Houston office. He represents clients in complex domestic and international commercial transactions in the energy industry, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and project development and finance matters. Danny has experience in upstream and midstream acquisitions and divestitures, upstream joint ventures, project development and a variety of other energy matters.
