Biography

Debbie Linde is a German-qualified lawyer with over five years of experience advising national and international clients on employment, compliance, and insolvency administration matters. She supports HR and legal departments in complex restructuring and insolvency mandates, including negotiations with works councils, the development and implementation of internal guidelines and policies, and the management of contractual arrangements, while also supporting clients with day-to-day labor law issues, ensuring practical solutions for employee relations and compliance challenges.

Debbie's experience as an associate includes a successful secondment with a leading automotive manufacturer, where she advised on HR-related compliance topics and gained valuable insight into corporate legal structures and decision-making processes. She also played a key role in developing and implementing a compliance tool for a major international institutional investor, further strengthening her understanding of digital solutions in legal workflows.

After returning to employment law, Debbie has focused on insolvency and restructuring-related labor law, while continuing to advise clients on all aspects of employment matters. She combines legal precision with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and is recognized for her strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Debbie studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at Singapore Management University, where she was awarded the Singapore Ministry of Education Duo Fellowship.
