Biography

Overview

Dee Tamlin is the Director of Legal Project Management (LPM) at White & Case, where she leads an international team of Legal Project Managers.

With more than 30 years of experience working in the legal sector, Dee provides strategic Legal Project Management leadership and advice to our lawyers and Clients, to improve ways of working and maximize the value and benefits of our services.

Dee uses LPM principles to enhance legal service delivery, by providing greater predictability, consistency, and efficiency through process improvements and automation. Using her qualifications in Waterfall and Agile methodologies, she offers advice, approaches and training for managing and delivering legal projects effectively, to both our lawyers and Clients.

Dee holds an MSc (Hons) in Project Management from the University of Liverpool, is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management, and a member of the Firm's Innovation Committee.
