Biography

Overview

Dinmukhamed (Din) Eshanov is a partner in the Project Development and Finance practice based in our Abu Dhabi office.

Din advises on various project development and construction agreements, including engineering and procurement agreements, power purchase agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, build, own, operate and transfer agreements and FIDIC-based agreements across a range of industries, including the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.

He also advises on corporate, finance and commercial transactions, including cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity.

Prior to joining White & Case, Din worked in the New York and Abu Dhabi offices of a leading international law firm.

Representation of a Saudi giga project on the structuring of PPP models in the hospitality field;

Representation of a large UAE-based utility on the development and financing of a solar power project in Burkina Faso, including with respect to the drafting and negotiating all development and financing documents, including the power purchase and the PPP agreements;

Representation of a Russian oil major on the acquisition of a minority equity interest in a UAE concession; and

Representation of a leading global minerals and mining company in connection with a gold and copper mining and exploration joint venture with the state-owned mining company of Saudi Arabia.
