Dekhkanabad Potash Plant, the sole potash fertilizer producer in Central Asia, in a number of cross-border disputes with its Russian contractor (undergoing bankruptcy), in connection with the construction of a potash plant in Uzbekistan.

An individual in a dispute before the High Court of Justice in London arising out of an alleged joint venture agreement.

A Belarussian contractor in an SCC arbitration against a Central Asian state and a state concern. The dispute relates to the construction of an ore fertiliser plant under a US$1 billion contract.
