Overview

Edouard Le Breton is an associate in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions department of White & Case in Paris. He is involved in corporate transactions in all manner of M&A, including private M&A and private equity deals, sales and joint ventures.

Edouard is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity matters, on behalf of multinational clients, including industrials, investment funds, entrepreneurs from all sectors, in particular in the infrastructure, financial and insurance sectors as well as in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Edouard joined the Firm in December 2020 from an international law firm in Paris, where he was an associate.

Representation of AGIC Capital, a European-Asian private equity firm with US$2.2 billion of assets under management, on its acquisition, together with key management, of a majority stake in Pure Trade from private equity firm Sparring Capital, the management team and founders.

Representation of Casino Group on the sale, together with Tikehau Capital and French public investment bank Bpifrance, of their majority stake in GreenYellow, the energy subsidiary of Casino group, to Ardian Infrastructure for an enterprise value of €1.4 billion and an equity value of €1.1 billion.
