Biography

Elizabeth (Lisa) Feld is a partner located in New York in White & Case's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Lisa's practice includes representing agent banks, secured and unsecured creditors, sponsors, investors, and companies in connection with chapter 11 reorganizations, financing transactions, and out-of-court restructurings.

Experience

Represented primary investor in the cross-border liquidation in chapter 11 of electric vehicle manufacturer Fisker Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Represented prepetition administrative agent, bridge facility arranger, and Steering Committee member in connection with liquidation of Prima Wawona (MVK FarmCo LLC) and its affiliates in chapter 11.

Represented investor on the acquisition of RVL Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and its subsidiary through a prepackaged chapter 11.

Represented investor providing US$900 million DIP financing in the chapter 11 cases of Yellow Corporation and its affiliate.

Represented an ad hoc group of term loan lenders in the chapter 11 cases of Venator Materials PLC and its affiliates.

Represented Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., New York Branch, as administrative agent of a US$850 million debtor-in-possession revolving credit facility in the chapter 11 cases of Southern Foods Group, LLC (formerly d/b/a Dean Foods) and its subsidiaries.

Represented Strike, LLC, a leading full-service pipeline, facilities, and energy infrastructure solutions provider in the sale of substantially all of their assets and confirmation of a liquidating plan in chapter 11.

Represented a syndicate of leading commercial and institutional lenders, led by Société Générale, in the up to US$1.25 billion financing for the development of the deepwater Shenandoah field in the US Gulf of Mexico.

Represented the lead arrangers on the provision of approximately US$1.1 billion of underwritten facilities for the acquisition of GTT Communications' telecoms infrastructure business by I Squared Capital.

Represented Joerns Woundco Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates, suppliers and service providers in post-acute care, in negotiating and obtaining post-petition financing for their chapter 11 cases.

Represented affiliates of LS Power in the sale of interests in Sandy Creek Energy Associates, L.P., owner of an undivided interest in a coal-fired power generating plant located in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, to a group of prepetition secured lenders in connection with the out-of-court restructuring of approximately US$1 billion of secured funded debt.

Represented the first lien and post-petition lenders to Northeast Gas Generation, LLC and its subsidiaries (and their predecessors in interest), including in connection with the restructuring of over US$600 million of debt and the lenders' acquisition in chapter 11 of the equity of the reorganized debtors, including three power plants, in satisfaction of outstanding secured debt.

Represented the senior agents and arrangers in respect of a US$900 million debtor-in-possession senior secured financing in the chapter 11 cases of SunEdison, Inc. and its affiliates, a global renewables company, including in connection with SunEdison's sales of worldwide assets in chapter 11.

Represented Dynegy Inc., one of the largest generators of electricity in the United States, in connection with the company's restructuring of over US$6 billion of debt and obligations through a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization.
