Emma is an associate in the Brussels office of White & Case and a member of the Firm's EU law and International Trade law practice groups. She advises on a broad range of trade law matters, including trade defence proceedings, economic sanctions and customs. She also advises on EU regulatory issues and has assisted with representing clients before the European Courts in trade matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Emma worked in a Brussels-based law firm working on trade defence proceedings before the EU Commission and UK Trade Remedies Authority as well as assisting in litigation on trade matters before the EU Courts.
Emma holds an LLM in EU law with a special focus on international trade law from Maastricht University and an LLB from the University of Bristol.
