Biography
Etienne Vautier is an associate in the EMEA Mergers & Acquisition / Private Capital practice at White & Case.
Etienne is involved in mergers and acquisitions transactions, advising investment funds as well as listed and non-listed companies at every stage of their strategic transactions. Etienne has gained experience in all areas of corporate law, particularly in private equity (LBOs) and complex carve-out transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Etienne acquired experience at several other high-profile international law firms based in Paris.
