Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the Parisian luxury perfume house EX NIHILO and its shareholders on the acquisition of a leveraged stake in the business by L Catterton.

The partnership has been established following a competitive sales process and the sale by Eurazeo of its entire stake in EX NIHILO to L Catterton as part of a second LBO, with significant reinvestment by the founders and management alongside L Catterton.

L Catterton is a market-leading consumer-focused investment firm.
