White & Case advises Triton Partners on acquisition of Bureau Veritas’ fuels testing and inspection businesses

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Triton Partners, a leading European investor, on its entry into exclusive negotiations, through its Triton Fund 6, to acquire Bureau Veritas' fuels testing & inspection businesses (BVF).
BVF operates across 45 countries and is a global leader in mission-critical testing and inspection services across the conventional and specialty fuels value chain.
The transaction will be subject to consultation with the relevant employee representative bodies and is expected to be finalized by the end of the first quarter of 2027, subject to the fulfillment of customary conditions precedent.
The transaction marks Triton Partners' fourth corporate carve-out investment under Triton Fund 6.
