Euan Burrows
Biography
Overview
Euan Burrows is a partner in the firm's UK Competition team. Admitted in England, Wales and Ireland, Euan acts on a wide range of competition law, state aid and procurement law matters and has considerable experience in dealing with the European Commission, Competition and Markets Authority, concurrent UK regulators, UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and private courts (including advocacy higher rights of audience). His practice encompasses competition law investigations, competition and procurement law litigation, regulatory challenges (including judicial review), merger control and the application of competition law to a wide range of commercial agreements and practices.
Euan also has particular experience of providing coordinated state aid, competition, procurement and merger control advice in connection with large transport and infrastructure projects in the UK and Europe.
Euan is Chair of the UK Competition Law Association and sat on the Competition Appeal Tribunal User Group Panel.
