Representing The Bank of Nova Scotia, National Bank Financial Markets, Royal Bank of Canada, National Bank of Kuwait S.A.K.P. and Export Development Canada as mandated lead arrangers in a US$1.7 billion amortizing senior secured term facility and a US$150 million senior secured revolving facility to finance the development and construction by Canada Kuwait Petrochemical Ltd. Partnership of a new integrated petrochemicals facility and associated infrastructure and utilities to be located in Sturgeon County in the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Representing Qatar Petroleum and Shell as sponsors in connection with a multibillion-dollar project financing of a petrochemical plant in the State of Qatar.

Representing KEXIM, KSURE, ADB, CDB and a number of additional ECAs and commercial banks as lenders in connection with the project financing of the Oltin Yo'l GTL plant in Uzbekistan.

Representing Deutsche Bank, Société Générale and Sberbank as underwriters, arrangers and initial lenders for Uranium One's inaugural US$300 million high yield bond and related US$120 million revolving credit facility.

Representing Saudi Aramco as sponsor on the US$12.5 billion project financing of the world-scale integrated Sadara chemical complex located in Al-Jubail Industrial City II, Saudi Arabia.

Representing Turquoise Hill Resources (formerly Ivanhoe Mines) as sponsor on the project financing of Oyu Tolgoi, the world's largest undeveloped copper/gold project in Mongolia.
