Francesco advises domestic and international companies on a broad range of corporate, M&A and commercial matters. His practice focuses on day-to-day operations, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as advising on M&A transactions and corporate reorganization projects such as demergers, transformations, and transfers of going concerns.

Francesco has gained particular experience in the hospitality sector, assisting major international players with market entry and operational stabilization in Italy.

Before joining White & Case, Francesco gained experience at leading international law firms, where he developed his expertise in corporate transactions, M&A deals, and various legal challenges across different jurisdictions.
