Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Aimia Inc., a diversified conglomerate listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, on the sale of Bozzetto Group ("Bozzetto"), a global manufacturer and supplier of specialty chemical products, to One Equity Partners.
The transaction is expected to close following the obtainment of customary regulatory clearances.
Founded in 1919 in Bergamo, Italy, Bozzetto manufactures chemical auxiliaries for the textile, construction, water treatment, personal care and agrochemical industries. The company offers more than 1,500 certified sustainable formulations, enabling customers to replace traditional chemical solutions and reflecting Bozzetto's long-standing commitment to innovation and environmental protection.
Bozzetto provides more than 2,300 products to approximately 1,500 customers across 90 countries, and employs over 600 people. The company has seven manufacturing sites and eight commercial offices located across Europe, Asia and North America.
