White & Case advises Trilantic Europe on sale of stake in Diagram to BF International

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Trilantic Europe on the sale of its entire stake in Diagram, an Italian agritech company, to BF International, a subsidiary of BF S.p.A.

The transaction also provides for the sale of CDP Equity's stake in Diagram to BF International in one or more tranches.

Diagram is Italy's leading agritech platform and one of Europe's leading providers of digital solutions for agriculture, offering proprietary software, precision agriculture services, satellite technologies and risk monitoring and management tools to participants across the agri-food value chain, financial institutions and public authorities.
