Franziska primarily advises corporate clients, financial institutions and investors on cross-border and national M&A transactions, as well as corporate law matters.

Prior to joining the Firm as an Associate, Franziska gained professional experience as a research assistant and legal trainee in the Firm's Frankfurt and New York offices, where she was involved in high-profile transactions. She studied law at the Justus-Liebig-University in Gießen.
