White & Case advises vc trade on financing round with UniCredit as new investor

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised vc trade GmbH (vc trade) on its financing round with UniCredit S.p.A. as a new investor.

vc trade is a fully integrated digital trading platform for the structuring, distribution, syndication, execution and lifecycle management of loan financings for corporates, banks and institutional investors.

The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by local partner Agmal Bahrami and included partners Karsten Wöckener (Frankfurt), Bodo Bender and Thilo Wienke (Düsseldorf) and associate Franziska Seeger (Frankfurt).
