Shawn is an associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group in the Firm’s Houston office. His practice focuses on domestic energy and oil and gas matters in the upstream and midstream sectors, including purchase and sale agreements, joint exploration and development agreements, lease acquisition agreements, joint operating agreements and other agreements related to the exploration, production and transportation of onshore and offshore oil and gas assets.  His experience also includes joint ventures, private equity investments and strategic transactions for public and private companies in the energy industry. Prior to joining the Firm, Shawn worked at the Houston offices of a leading energy law firm.
