Gaia Pattyn is an associate in the Firm's global M&A and corporate practice in London.
Gaia advises on M&A, joint ventures, venture capital, funding rounds and general corporate matters, having considerable experience in complex cross-border transactions and advising technology focused clients.
Prior to joining White & Case, Gaia was a Senior Associate at a Magic Circle law firm.
