Biography
Gaia Pattyn is an associate in the Firm's global M&A and corporate practice in London, with a particular focus on technology M&A and growth capital transactions.
Gaia advises a broad range of technology focused companies and investors, including sovereign wealth funds, on M&A, joint ventures, venture capital, funding rounds and general corporate matters, and has considerable experience in complex cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Gaia was a senior associate at a Magic Circle law firm.

- ICEYE, sovereign intelligence company, on its $1.2 billion Series F funding round.
- Banco Plata, a technology-driven digital banking platform operating across Latin America, on its $405 million Series C funding round.
- Mujin, a global leader in automation technology, on its $233 million Series D (as co-lead investor with NTT Group).
The venture capital arm of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT), the world's largest construction-equipment manufacturer, in connection with various European VC deals.
Zimpler on its acquisition by TrueLayer, creating a pan-European Pay by Bank powerhouse with a combined network serving over 20 million users.
HungryPanda, a leading overseas Asian food delivery platform, on various fundraising matters.
Revaia SAS as lead investor in LegalTech provider Definely's US$30 million Series B financing.
