Geoffroy is local partner in the Belgian Transactional practice and the Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice.

His main areas of expertise include corporate law, mergers and acquisition, private equity, capital markets and securities law.  Geoffroy has a robust track record advising clients on a wide array of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Geoffroy gained extensive experience at an international law firm and several prominent national law firms in Brussels and the London branch of a major international bank.
