Georgi is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance group in Paris.

Georgi advises financial sponsors and institutions, corporate clients, and distressed investors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financial transactions. He has a particular focus on financial restructuring matters involving highly leveraged companies, and acquisition finance transactions, including syndicated, leveraged and mezzanine financings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Georgi worked for a leading judicial administrator firm and acquired experience at several international law firms in Paris. He has also gained valuable experience working at a global alternative investment firm.
