
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Huvepharma on a €130 million credit facility.
"White & Case advised long-standing client Huvepharma on a deal that underlines our expertise in the efficient execution of debt finance transactions alongside the dedicated support of our clients in innovative projects in the healthcare and veterinary sectors," said White & Case partner Jeremy Duffy, who led the Firm's deal team.
The financing will be provided for significant research, development and innovation investments in the sphere of feed additives, veterinary pharmaceutical products and vaccines. Closing is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
Huvepharma is a fast-growing global pharmaceutical company with a focus on developing, manufacturing and marketing human and animal health products.
