Biography
Giorgio is an associate in the Milan office and practices in the areas of private M&A, Private Equity and Corporate.
Giorgio advises Italian and international private equity sponsors, investment funds and industrial clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments and corporate reorganizations, both on the buy-side and on the sell-side, in a wide range of sectors including, among others, industrial and manufacturing, luxury, technology, retail and consumer products and services.
Prior to joining White & Case in July 2026, Giorgio practiced in the M&A and Corporate Finance departments of other major international law firms in Milan.
