White & Case advises De’ Longhi on €662.5 million acquisition of DLI Limited’s stake in its Professional Division

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised De' Longhi S.p.A. (De'Longhi), an Italian company listed on Euronext Milan and a global leader in small domestic appliances and coffee, on the €662.5 million acquisition of the entire shareholding held by DLI Limited in the Group's professional division, increasing De' Longhi's controlling stake in the professional division from 61.56% to 88.02%.

The professional division includes the La Marzocco and Eversys brands and represents a strategic asset in De' Longhi's growth strategy in coffee, further strengthening the Group's positioning in the professional segment and creating additional medium-term opportunities for industrial and commercial development.

The White & Case team which  advised on the transaction included partners Michael Immordino (London & Milan) and Leonardo Graffi (Milan & London) and associate Giorgio Abbadessa (Milan).
