Biography
Guillermo Ruiz de Salazar heads the White & Case Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice in Spain.
With over 16 years of experience, Guillermo advises a wide range of clients, including technology companies, private equity firms, and investment banks on a broad spectrum of employment matters such as complex M&A transactions, senior executive and board member agreements, employment disputes and workforce restructurings.
He has extensive experience representing clients in employment litigation before the Spanish courts and labour authorities, as well as leading negotiations in collective dismissal proceedings.
In addition to his practice, Guillermo is Associate Professor of employment law at IE Business School and Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
