Overview

Hannah is an associate in our Global M&A and Corporate practice based in London, and is a member of our EMEA Private Equity team.

Hannah has experience advising financial sponsors and corporate clients on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, equity arrangements, restructurings, portfolio assistance and general corporate advisory.

Prior to joining White & Case, Hannah practiced at a leading Australian law firm.

Nordic Capital on the sale of Macrobond, a fast-growing global technology platform providing economic and financial data, to Francisco Partners.

Anchorage on the sale of Ideal Standard, one of Europe's largest manufacturers of bathroom products, to Villeroy & Boch.

ICR (co-owned by CDPQ and Investcorp) on the acquisition of Consilium, a provider of strategic healthcare communications in the UK.

Metric Capital on its investment in Au Vodka Ltd a Welsh vodka brand.
