Helen joined White & Case in 2021 after her graduation from law school. She was previously an Associate Trainee with the firm.

Representation of Duell Corporation, a leading Nordic powersports aftermarket distributor, as the issuer, and Sponsor Capital Oy, a Finnish private equity company, as the ultimate owner and selling shareholder, on the initial public offering and listing on the First North Growth Market Finland of the shares in Duell Corporation. Carnegie acted as the sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner and SEB acted as a joint bookrunner.
