Imane Lazraq is an associate in the Firm's Debt Finance group in Paris.

Imane advises financial institutions, corporations and funds on a wide range of financing transactions, both domestic and cross-border. She focuses particularly in leveraged acquisition finance, corporate finance, syndicated lending and restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining White & Case, Imane gained experience at other major international law firms in Paris.
