White & Case advises Montyon Capital on acquisition of TRIGO

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Montyon Capital on the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in TRIGO Group from Ardian and certain minority stakeholders.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed in the coming months.

Founded in France in 1997, TRIGO is a leading international provider of inspection, quality engineering and industrial performance management services. The group operates at the heart of industrial production chains, performing critical functions in quality control, inspection, compliance restoration and analysis through its operational teams at more than 500 industrial sites worldwide.
