Overview
Jane is counsel in our global Digital Infrastructure and Real Estate industry groups based in London.
Jane advises on commercial real estate-focused transactions including landlord and tenant work, real estate portfolio management work, real estate investment acquisitions and disposals with a focus also on data centres, advising developers, service providers and occupiers in relation to this highly specialised asset class.
Jane also has experience working on real estate financings, particularly in the hotels and leisure and data centre sectors.
Experience
Representing UK based data centre owners and operators in connection with their acquisition and development of industrial plots throughout the UK for the development and operation of hyperscale datacenter facilities.
Confidential mandates across the Nordics, EMEA, APAC and the Americas acting for developers and operators with respect to hyperscale datacenter developments.
Representation of various entities in respect of various acquisition and disposal transactions involving logistics, industrial, retail, hotels and leisure and office real estate assets worldwide.
Representation of Fenwick, the UK retailer on the sale of its New Bond Street department store in central London.
