Jess is an Associate in the Private Equity team in our Global Mergers & Acquisitions practice based in London.

She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of private equity transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and disposals, debt and equity investments, manager equity incentive arrangements and general corporate matters.

Jess has also completed a secondment to the firm's Private Equity team in Helsinki.
