White & Case advises Providence Equity Partners on acquisition of Hometrack

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Providence Equity Partners (Providence) on the acquisition of Hometrack, a leading provider of residential property data and analytics in the UK and the Netherlands, from Zoopla Property Group (ZPG).

Hometrack provides data, insights and analytics to support decision-making across the residential property market. Hometrack currently services 16 of the Top 20 UK, and all of the Top 14 Dutch, mortgage lenders.

The acquisition of Hometrack comes closely after the significant investment by Providence in SCG, on which White & Case also advised Providence.
