Joshua is a commercial litigation associate in White & Case LLP's New York office. He is a member of a team that counsels multinational technology and social media companies in international litigation and regulatory disputes. He advises technology and social media companies on compliance with U.S. and international laws concerning intermediary liability and content regulation. His practice focuses on guiding clients through new product launches and the impact of proposed legislation on existing products.
Joshua was seconded at an industry-leading social media company for 18 months, where he contributed to the organization's EU Digital Services Act preparedness efforts.
Joshua also devotes substantial time to pro bono work. In 2023, he prevailed in a D.C. Second Look Sentencing proceeding, winning freedom for his client after nearly thirty years of incarceration.
Joshua graduated from Columbia Law School in 2019 as a James Kent Scholar. During law school, he was seconded to UNICEF's Office of the Legal Counsel, worked as a research assistant for Avril Haines at Columbia World Projects, and played for the Columbia Men's Club Ice Hockey team.
