Prior to joining White & Case, Julia worked in São Paulo, Brazil, as an attorney in the Real Estate practice of top Brazilian law firms. Julia has advised in matters related to developments, shopping centers, subdivision of lands, real estate acquisitions, leases, build to suits, constructions, regularizations, real estate finance, as well as real estate issues in various M&A operations.

Julia obtained her LL.B. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, as well as a Graduate Degree in Real Estate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas Law School, both located in São Paulo, Brazil. Julia has also earned her LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, along with a Business and Law Certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
