Overview
Justin Jowitt is a Partner in the Firm's global real estate industry group based in the London office.
Justin's practice focuses on all aspects of real estate related finance. He acts for borrowers and lenders across EMEA in relation to senior and mezzanine investment and development facilities for all asset classes including hospitality and operating assets, loan on loan and repo financing, loan sales and syndication, work outs and restructuring and Sharia-compliant financings. Justin's practice also encompasses fund finance representing lenders and funds in relation to NAV, subscription lines and borrowing base facilities.
