Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Eldridge Credit Advisers (UK) Limited, as investment advisor and mandated lead arranger, on the refinancing of the existing indebtedness of ER Office 3.
The transaction supports the long-term stabilisation of property located within the Segreen Business Park, a premier office complex situated in the Segrate area of Greater Milan.
ER Office 3 is a real estate investment fund (REIF) managed by Europa Risorse SGR S.p.A. and owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot LLP, made available by REC Italy Fund 1, a credit alternative closed-end fund managed by Castello SGR S.p.A.
