Overview
Kady Cochrane is a senior associate in our global Real Estate industry group based in London.
Kady has a broad range of experience advising on financing transactions, specialising in real estate finance. She acts for lenders and borrowers across a variety of real estate sectors and asset classes including data centres, PRS/BTR, hotel and leisure, logistics, retail and offices. Kady regularly advises in complex cross-border real estate financings across EMEA and also has experience in loan sales, loan on loan financing and syndications.
