Katherine Schroeder is an associate in the Firm's Litigation and International Arbitration Groups. She represents private companies and foreign sovereigns in the resolution of international disputes. Ms. Schroeder has represented clients in litigation in U.S. federal court, as well as before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). Her experience includes litigation related to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and False Claims Act. She is also active participant in the Firm's immigration pro bono litigation.
During law school, Ms. Schroeder was an editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
