Kenza Tsouli is an associate in the EMEA Mergers & Acquisition / Private-Equity practice at White & Case.

Fluent in French, English and Arabic, Kenza is at ease navigating both domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity and venture capital matters, on behalf of multinational clients, including investment funds, investment banks, entrepreneurs and listed and non-listed companies.

Prior to joining White & Case as an associate in 2025, Kenza worked as a trainee-lawyer at several French and international law firms based in Paris and in Casablanca.
