Kevin Boyero is a Counsel in the Global Debt Finance Practice, based in Paris.

Kevin advises equity funds, corporate clients and debt arrangers on a wide range of complex transactions including leverage finance, corporate finance, real estate finance and infra finance. He also has international experience in debt restructuring.

Prior to joining White & Case in September 2024, Kevin practiced in the Paris and London offices of international and magic circle law firms.
