Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Cobepa on its entry into a partnership with Prosol, alongside funds managed by Apollo, Prosol's founder and the management team, for the acquisition of Prosol from Ardian.

Cobepa is an independent, privately held investment company with offices in New York, Brussels and Munich. It manages a diverse portfolio of private equity investments representing approximately €5.5 billion of equity capital.
Prosol is a French specialist in ultra-fresh food offering a distinctive market-style experience built on product quality through its Grand Frais, fresh., mon-marché.fr and Banco Fresco brands across France and Italy.
